Booking Information
Please confirm availability before purchasing your flight. Package
price does not include airfare or travel insurance, which is highly recommended
but not required.
Full payment is required to reserve your place and a reservation confirmation
email will be sent to you within 7 days once a completed reservation
form has been submitted.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your reservation after full payment has been received,
your cancellation fee will be determined according to the following:
- if you cancel more than 30 days prior to the first day of the adventure,
you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of your payment;
- if you cancel within 30 days of the first day of the adventure, you
will be charged a cancellation fee of 60% of your payment;
- if you cancel within 14 days of the first day of the adventure,
you will be charged a cancellation fee of 85% of your payment.
All cancellations must be received in writing via email to info@sunkissed-travel.com. Sunkissed Travel
is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled
trips by a guest such as airline tickets or for costs incurred due to
travel delays, flight cancellation or illness and we strongly recommend
all participants to obtain travel insurance that includes a trip cancellation
policy which covers the individual.
Exceptions to our policy cannot not be made for any reason,
including weather or personal emergencies. We do not offer discounts,
refunds or credit for arriving late or leaving early, or for any offered
activities missed out during an adventure.
Payment Information
Payment is accepted by bank transfer or credit card only. Credit
card payments accepted through PayGate credit card processing facility
and may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit
cards or by bank transfer into the Sunkissed Travel bank account, the
details of which will be provided on request.
Sunkissed Travel shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal
information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal
information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access
to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Sunkissed Travel via PayGate
(Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South
Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure
Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users
may go to www.paygate.co.za to
view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details will be stored by Sunkissed Travel separately from card
details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For
more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za. The
merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to
the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South
African Rand).
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Sunkissed Travel
chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under
this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other
documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Sunkissed Travel may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or
any part thereof at any time without notice.
